Hygiene Reimagined
Your Department's Next Chapter Starts Here!
A Vision Casting Workshop for Practice Owners.
Trusted by dental practice owners and hygiene teams building real growth strategies.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Your Hygiene Department Deserves a Real Vision
These patterns show up in hygiene departments everywhere:
If you're exhausted from being the only one who seems to care whether hygiene actually grows, you're not alone and it's not because you're doing something wrong.
- Your hygiene coordinator is just "filling the schedule," not building a program.
- Production numbers get reported but never discussed as a team.
- Every hygienist is doing their own thing — no shared standard.
- "Because we've always done it this way" is the answer to everything.
Yes, It Can Be Different!
In Hygiene Reimagined, you'll build the vision that finally changes this — LIVE, on August 13th.
Save My Spot
On the Other Side of This Workshop, You Will…
- Your team brings you ideas, you're not the only one generating them
- Production conversations happen without you leading every single one
- Hygienists take ownership instead of waiting for direction
- The department runs like a growth engine, not one more thing you have to manage
INTRODUCING
Hygiene Reimagined
It's Time for Your Hygienists to Lead. Not Just Be Managed.
This free live workshop walks you through everything you need to build a real vision for your hygiene department — one your team leads and owns, not one you've settled on.
You'll learn:
Â
Why Hygiene Isn't a Loss Leader
Most practices quietly write hygiene off as overhead instead of the growth engine it is. We will cover:
- Why "loss leader" thinking is capping growth
- What changes when hygiene is treated as a real revenue department in your practice
- The mindset shift that has to happen first
You'll leave with a specific answer for what your hygiene department should be producing and why it isn't yet.
Â
The Vision Casting Framework
A busy schedule isn't a vision. You'll build one using my exact framework by learning:
- What a real hygiene department vision actually includes
- Turning a vague goal into a plan your team can implementÂ
- Setting the standard and exceptions for a profitable hygiene department
You'll leave with the first draft of your personalized vision.
Â
Hygiene Steps Into Leadership
A vision only the doctor carries doesn't last. This is about your hygienist(s) stepping into a real leadership position:
- What it looks like when hygienists own the day-to-day standard, not just the doctor
- Building a true partnership between hygiene and the doctor, not a leader/follower dynamic
- Why "harmony" without accountability keeps departments stuck
You'll leave with a plan for hygiene to lead alongside you. Not wait on you.
Â
A Vision Casting Exercise
We do this together, not a worksheet for later:
- A guided exercise applied directly to your practice
- A lesson in setting your practice's "uniques"
- A completed first draft to bring to your team
You’ll leave with a real starting point, not just notes.
This Workshop Is For You If...
- You're an owner/doc who knows hygiene could be doing more
- You're a hygienist ready to lead the department
- You've tried scripts and bonus structures and nothing's stuck
- You're ready to build the system, not just take notes
NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Meghan Greco
I'm a dental coach, speaker, registered dental hygienist, myofunctional therapist, and founder of The Thriving Practice Coach.
Before I was coaching practices, I was a hygienist myself, so I've sat on both sides of this. I know what it feels like to be handed a schedule instead of a purpose, and what it feels like to finally lead a team that has one.
That's why I do this work. Not because hygiene needs another bonus structure or script, but because it needs a real vision, and a team trained to lead it.
That's exactly what we're building together on August 13th.
"I went from feeling like just a hygienist to feeling like I had a real purpose on this team"
-Â Shannon .M.
"Watching Meg do this live for our team changed how we talk about hygiene entirely."
