I'm a dental coach, speaker, registered dental hygienist, myofunctional therapist, and founder of The Thriving Practice Coach.

Before I was coaching practices, I was a hygienist myself, so I've sat on both sides of this. I know what it feels like to be handed a schedule instead of a purpose, and what it feels like to finally lead a team that has one.
