The Exhale Retreat was created for women who are constantly pouring into everyone else and are finally ready to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves.

This experience brings together movement, breathwork, myofunctional wellness, nervous system education, sleep support, journaling, reflection, and community connection in one peaceful space.
